1. The latex sleeve on the puncture needle of the bottle stopper can prevent blood dripping, and it is not necessary to take it off when taking blood;
2. The puncture needle for the bottle stopper must puncture vertically from the center of the rubber plug of the blood collection tube;
3. When collecting blood from multiple tubes, PT coagulation mechanism tube should be adopted for the first tube, and then other tubes should be adopted, so as not to cause relatively insufficient anticoagulant amount due to blood left in the blood collection needle hose and affect the test results;
4, anticoagulant tube after blood collection must be timely up and down 6-7 times reverse mixing, action should be gentle;
